Reach Engine — Command Center
Every active outreach thread, one place, real numbers pulled straight from the actual data files. Nothing here is a description of a plan — it's the current state.
What this actually is
Dr Gemma Lewis, a GP and surgeon, delivers doctor-led menopause training directly to UK employers, priced from £850 for a 60-minute session up to a £2,500 half-day compliance package. The business is built by finding employers before they know they need this, not by waiting for inbound.
Two cold-outreach lists carry the bulk of it: signal-rich employers (already accredited or pledged on menopause, warmer, smaller list) and a much bigger medium/cold list (Companies House size filter only, no prior signal). Both run a multi-touch email sequence built through real research and a judge-panel process, not a single guessed draft.
Three more lanes sit alongside the core sale. Wellness-crossover is a no-cost partnership offer into Pilates/yoga studios, whose clients are the exact target demographic, trading reach for referrals, not a training fee. Stef Mandirola / HASU is a live conversation about selling the outreach infrastructure itself as a service, not just using it in-house. Paid speaking is the newest lane: getting Gemma booked and paid to speak at conferences and events on the same subject, a slower, higher-touch channel than the lists.
All of it runs on one reusable tool, the Reach Engine, which filters and harvests any UK company list by sector or size. That's what makes selling this same infrastructure to someone else a real, repeatable business rather than one-off custom work.
1. Menopause — signal-rich list (250+ employers)
Ready, not sentCompanies with real public signal — Menopause Friendly accreditation, Pledge, or a wellbeing award. 3-email sequence + LinkedIn, all copy in workshop-kit.html.
2. Menopause — medium/cold list (50-249 employers)
Ready, not sentPure Companies House size filter, no prior signal. Judge-panel-rebuilt 4-touch sequence (day 0/3/8/15), live in the actual send scripts.
3. Wellness-crossover harvest (Pilates/yoga/spa)
CompleteFitness facilities and physical well-being businesses, nationally — a no-cost partnership/referral pitch to studio owners, not a training sale. Judge-panel tested and live in send-wellness.cjs.
4. Stef Mandirola / HASU — two Phase 2 threads
Pitch email drafted, not sentConfirmed real and active (8-week corporate case study, live Instagram, 40 Eventbrite events) despite an unfinished website. Judge-panel-tested personal email drafted 29 Aug, introducing the proposal page below — Ade's to send.
5. The Reach Engine tool — now a real, reusable asset
Built and testedOne script replaces the pattern of hand-copying filter/harvest scripts per target segment. This is what makes "sell outreach to Stef, and others" a real, repeatable business rather than one-off custom work.
6. Paid speaking — Dr Gemma Lewis
Ready, not sentA different channel entirely: not a volume list, ~20 real individually-verified targets (speaker bureaus, conference organisers, women's business networks), each needing a personal pitch. Judge-panel-tested bureau and organiser emails on Gemma's brief. Public speaker profile, no password, built to be linked in a pitch or found by anyone checking her out before booking.
7. Listening & content service ideas — not built, researched and priced
Idea, not soldGrew out of "scrape Reddit for what people want" as a Stef pitch. Real finding first: Reddit's own Developer Terms bar using its data "by or on behalf of a business or as part of a service or product that is monetized" without a separate paid agreement with Reddit. GummySearch, a real tool with 140,000+ users doing exactly this, was shut down in November 2025 for breaching it. The fix isn't to abandon the idea, it's to buy compliant access from a tool that already carries that burden (Syften, Brand24, F5Bot) and sell the curation on top, not a scraper.
Five concepts, each generalisable beyond Stef to any solo coach or consultancy whose buyer complains somewhere findable:
